How safe/secure is my banking information in BillBob?

The safety and security of your bank details is our number one priority.

That’s why your bank details are protected by the same security standards used by major financial institutions and we never store your full bank account details.

How does the BillBob platform fee work?

If you choose to get paid back via BillBob, we take a 3% platform fee to cover the costs of getting the money to you, as well as the general running & development of BillBob.

This 3% fee is calculated based on your total bill amount, and then split the fee among everyone who’s sharing the bill.

Am I charged every time a split a bill with BillBob?

No, never! Scanning and splitting a bill is totally free with BillBob, we only collect a fee if you decide to use our optional payment feature.

Where is BillBob available?

BillBob is currently available to download from the iOS App Store in the UK, Euro Zone, United States, Australia, and New Zealand.

What currencies is BillBob compatible with?

BillBob is currently compatible with GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, and NZD. There are plenty more on the way, so stay tuned via our social media!

Is BillBob just for splitting restaurant receipts?

No way! BillBob can split more than just restaurant receipts. It’s designed to split anything—from supermarket receipts, to bar tabs, to coffee runs—you name it, BillBob can split it.
